This policy explains how PSE3 Ltd ("we", "us"), trading as Property Sale Express, collects and uses your personal data when you use propertysaleexpress.co.uk or request a cash offer. We are the data controller. ICO registration number C1513893.

What we collect

Enquiry details you give us: name, email, phone, property address/postcode, property details, your situation and timescale.
Technical data: IP address, browser, and basic analytics about how you use the site.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To prepare and discuss a cash offer and progress a sale — lawful basis: steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry.
To send you marketing (e.g. our email guide/updates) — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks — lawful basis: legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share your enquiry details only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. email, hosting, conveyancing solicitors, ID/AML checks) under appropriate agreements, and with authorities where legally required. If you accept advertising cookies (see Cookies below), our advertising provider Meta Platforms Ireland also receives limited data about your visit, used only to measure and improve our advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and to meet legal/AML retention requirements, then delete it securely. In practice, we keep enquiry data for up to 24 months where no sale proceeds, and transaction and anti-money-laundering records for 5 years after completion, as required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction, or deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email enquiries@propertysaleexpress.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use the essential cookies needed to run the site and process your enquiry — these are always on. We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure and improve our advertising, but only if you accept via our cookie banner. It does not load unless you consent, and declining has no effect on your use of the site. Clearing your browser storage resets your choice, so the banner will ask again.
